Breaking
The Plateau.

Improvement fails because your brain offloads typing to procedural memory. This is the "OK Plateau."

1. Targeted Drills

To break through a plateau, you must manually force your brain back into the cognitive phase. This means isolating your weakest bigrams—common two-letter combinations like "PR" or "ON" where you hesitate for milliseconds.

2. Variability

Elite trainers use variable stress. Try typing at 120% of your maximum speed for short bursts, then dropping back to 100% accuracy. This "neural shock" forces adaptation.
